Complex and gourmet wine with pastry aromas with great freshness!

The nose opens on raspberry, red fruits or rhubarb while the mouth expresses the baked apple, anise with balance generosity and roundness.

It is a perfect champagne for any occasion that will perfectly match with a fish tartare, sandre rillettes or baked cheeses.

Bright light gold dress with a vivid foam. Pure and expressive nose of vigneron type with notes of white flowers, hazelnuts, ripe citrus and some briochées and buttered notes from the lees. Good concentration, vinous and ripe with a balanced dosage. A slight creaminess and generous young fruits leading to a long finish.
