Trained as a viticultural technician, Philippe has opted for integrated viticulture, the practice of using weedkillers and treatments wisely.

Our daughters, Justine and Laurène, are also involved in the business. Justine's environmental studies enabled her to put together the application for the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable de la Champagne) certifications.
